These terms describe use of the Spooky Wonders brand website presented by JoySpace Development Company LLC (JoySpace). The website provides information and previews of our games, books, characters and creative work.

Artwork, characters and brand materials — permission required

JoySpace reserves all rights it holds in the Spooky Wonders collection. Website access does not grant a reuse license. This includes applicable rights in A World of Enchanted Spooky Wonders, Rusty Boo, Daisy Boo and the other characters, brand names, logos, character designs, artwork, backgrounds, illustrations, animations, stories, text, sound and website presentation.

Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, alter, adapt, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or present these protected materials as your own. This restriction covers use on other websites, social-media accounts, apps, games, videos, advertisements, merchandise, print products and other media, whether the proposed reuse is personal, nonprofit or commercial.

No license is granted for AI or dataset use. Unless applicable law permits the use, prior written permission is required to include our protected materials in datasets, train or fine-tune models on them, or use them to create unauthorized reproductions or adaptations of our protected artwork or characters.

Do not remove or obscure rights notices, misrepresent authorship, imply JoySpace endorsement or affiliation, or use our brand identifiers in a way that infringes applicable rights. Buying or downloading an app does not, by itself, grant permission to republish its assets or use its characters in another product.

These provisions reserve rights that actually exist under applicable law and any applicable license. They do not assert that every element is independently copyrightable, that any mark is registered, or that JoySpace owns third-party rights. Nothing in this notice limits fair use or another use that applicable law allows without permission.

Permitted browsing and permission requests

You may view the website for personal and family enjoyment and share links to its public pages. Ordinary browser display, caching and other uses necessary to view the website are permitted. Any additional license must be specifically granted; silence, public accessibility or the absence of a watermark is not permission.

For permission, licensing or a suspected misuse report, contact hello@joyspace.dev. Describe the specific material and proposed use. No permission is granted unless confirmed in writing by an authorized JoySpace representative.

Respectful use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, impersonate JoySpace, distribute malicious software, or use the website unlawfully. Please do not present our brand or artwork as your own or imply a business relationship without permission.

Game previews and availability

Titles, artwork, descriptions, features and availability can change as projects develop. Some titles shown here may be in development or testing. A preview does not guarantee a release date, particular device support, a price or availability in every region. Current store listings and app-specific information should be used when deciding whether to download a released app.

Apps and purchases

The website does not process purchases. App downloads and any purchases offered through a platform are subject to that platform's applicable terms, payment process and refund policies, together with relevant app-specific terms. These website terms do not replace a platform agreement or remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and information

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always reflect the latest project changes. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
