This policy describes the Spooky Wonders brand website operated by JoySpace Development Company LLC (JoySpace). It covers this website; individual apps can have their own privacy notices and platform services.
What the website does
The website introduces our games, books, characters and artwork. Its current features do not include visitor accounts, a contact form, comments, chat, file uploads, a mailing-list signup or purchases made on this website. Our website code does not include advertising networks, analytics tags, tracking pixels, social-media plugins or embedded third-party videos. Fonts and artwork are served with the site.
A saved motion preference
If you use Pause motion, the website can save a small preference in your browser's local storage under spooky-wonders-motion-paused. It records whether decorative motion is paused. It is not an account or advertising identifier, and our website code does not send this preference to JoySpace. Clear this site's browser storage to remove it. The website also reads your device's Reduce Motion preference to adjust animation.
Information involved in delivering the website
When your browser requests the website, the hosting and security services delivering it can receive technical information such as an IP address, requested pages, request times and browser details.
